This online community is for participants in a Vibrant Communities Face to Face Forum at  Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario from May 28-30, 2008. Vibrant Communities is a national network of communities working for poverty reduction and prosperity enhancement for all their citizens, hosted by Tamarack - An Institute for Community Engagement.

Anyone interested in Vibrant Communities' work is welcome to view these pages and download the resources.  Confirmed event participants that have joined the community and are signed in to IGLOO can post resources in the Library or take part in the forums.
