Missed connections in NY
Last year, I encountered
NYGirlofMyDreams.com via
Reddit.com. A guy on a subway
in New York had a moment with a girl on the subway and made a
website. 48 hours later, he found her and they started dating; it
was something out of a romance movie/novel/reality TV show. They
got a lot of press attention for a while and then dropped off the
radar.
The Globe and Mail followed up on the story today. It just didn't work out, but it's pretty incredible how he tracked her down with just a sketch posted on the internet.
