Biography
Red Deer has been home for myself, my wife Cathy, and our three children for the past ten years. It's such a great feeling to head off to work each day knowing that in some small way I'm contributing to the development of a better community. Our small but mighty Social Planning Department covers the spectrum of community development, social research, capacity development and intergovernment/NGO relations.
