Biography
Robert ("Robaire)" Nadeau was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, and to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2007. His wide and diverse professional experience includes 21 years as Senior Counsel to executive/senior management at two Fortune 500 IT enterprises, SMEs and early stage/start-up enterprises. His practice includes technology licensing, corporate-commercial, employment law and government procurement expertise. Mr. Nadeau was one of the IT Sector's Chief Negotiators during the NAFTA negotiations.
