Description: In this role you will lead the development and implementation of a whole-of-strategy evaluation plan for the Victorian Government’s Future Farming Strategy. This will include progress reporting to government.
The Department of Primary Industries Policy & Strategy Group is responsible for developing policies and strategies across the DPI’s responsibilities. We provide advice and support to the Minister for Energy and Resources and the Minister for Agriculture on issues covering climate change, agriculture, water, land and biodiversity, forestry, fisheries earth resources and energy.
We are seeking someone experienced in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and initiatives, with extensive knowledge of government policy. You will have an appropriate tertiary qualification, such as natural resource management, agricultural science, social sciences, law, economics, commerce or biological sciences.
