Description:The responsibilities of the position include active involvement in
1) analyzing new initiatives of international significance of global and regional regulatory and accounting entities (i.e. Basel Comm., IOSCO, FSF, European Commission, CEBS, IASB, EU, SEC, FASB, etc.);
2) acting as a liaison with the international regulatory community on behalf of IIF members;
3) producing periodic analytical documents such as consensus documents for working groups and reports on global supervisory group proposals. Position requires frequent international travel.
