Energy and Climate Policy Internship

  The Energy and Climate Policy Intern works on a number of focused and cross-cutting projects related to energy, environment, and climate change.  Typical duties include:   Observe Congressional hearings, other legislative activities and scientific and policy briefings and share observations with staff verbally or in writing.   Quantitative policy research and analysis, including budget, appropriations and current and upcoming legislation.   Assist with Congressional briefing development on climate change, renewable energy, energy efficiency science, technology, and policy.   Research and draft Climate Change News articles.   Research and draft program and legislative reports (fact sheets, white papers).   Assist with outreach and logistical preparation of EESI sponsored Congressional briefings.   Identify, monitor and report on relevant science, technology and policy issues.   Assist with Energy & Climate program planning.   Project-related administrative tasks as necessary.   For more information please see here.
