Biography
Melissa Fraser joined the IGLOO Library services team in January 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario. Previous experiences include working with the G8 Research Group at the University of Toronto, at the Canadian Police College Library (departmental library of the RCMP), and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (Business Sectors, Information and Communication Technologies team). Melissa has also lived in Nairobi, Kenya; Auckland, New Zealand; Hong Kong; Beijing, China; and Taipei, Taiwan.
