Biography

Cheryl’s motto in life is to find balance in everything that she does. She values commitment, determination, honesty, purposefulness and understanding. On top of this, she bases her principles on creativity, innovation and humour. All of these combined; wrap themselves into a personal promise to herself.Professionally, she works as the Senior Community Engagement Consultant with the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network. This brand new position is grounded in legislation that supports the recently formed 14 Local Health Integration Networks across Ontario. New conversations and discussions to imagine the best health care possible are part of the ‘new way of doing business’ with Health Service Providers, the broader service sector and the general public. She embraces this position with excitement for what lies ahead and the strong community relationships that are forming to support an integrated health care system.
