Membership at the CIC
As a member of the Canadian International Council (CIC) you will be part of a high-level group of individuals and organizations interested in international affairs. Membership in one of the CIC branches enables you to access the activities, facilities and networks of the Institute. The main activities include:
- regular branch events covering major current topics
- seminars and conferences offering in-depth coverage of international developments
- publications that provide informed discussion on significant issues of world politics, defence, economics and culture
Local Benefits
The Waterloo Region branch also hosts special members-only receptions prior to every public lecture. These receptions provide members with the opportunity to interact with the speaker and other distinguished guests in an informal setting.
