Professor Wade Huntley, Director of the Simons Centre for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Research will speak on “Orbital Crossroads: Does Canada Need a Space Policy?" This presentation should be timely, as it is a key policy issue in Ottawa, especially under a new government -- many questions are raised by the decision to disallow the sale of Radarsat and other questions regarding the uses of outer space.
